Some larger products may require a two-man delivery service. Where this applies, the product and/or checkout will indicate the applicable delivery arrangements and the delivery may take longer than standard delivery.

Goods returned because of a change of mind must be unused, in their original packaging and in a re-saleable condition.
Where applicable, return or collection charges may be deducted from your refund.

Where you purchase new electrical or electronic equipment from us, we provide a free take-back service for equivalent waste electrical and electronic equipment in accordance with applicable WEEE requirements.

The service applies to equivalent electrical or electronic equipment of the same type or with the same function as the new equipment purchased from us.
We also provide customers with information about the reuse and recycling of electrical and electronic equipment and the importance of keeping electrical waste separate from other waste.
Electrical and electronic equipment should not be disposed of with ordinary household waste.
